Returns Policy

Contact Details

  • Contact us to arrange for any returns. 
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return

Packaging and Parts

  • Parts must be resalable and in the original package with original OEM labels visible. 
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • No returns on standard parts (nuts, bolts, clips, etc) 
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Customers are responsible for returning cores back to us in the original OEM box in order to receive credit.
  • All GM special orders parts have a 30% restock fee

Fees and Payments

  • Any part that is returned must be returned unused and in it's original packaging. 
  • Any part that is returned outside of the original packaging is subject to be rejected, and it will be up to the customer to pay for the shipping to receive the part once again if they desired to have it returned to them.
  • A re-stocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to your order and the fee shall not exceed $100.
  • The refund will be made in the form of the original payment (ie: Paypal or credit card)
  • All GM special order parts have a 30% restock fee

Deadline

  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
